By booking a tour with Bel Voyage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Cancellations must be submitted by email to info@belvoyage.dk.
If cancellation is made within the required timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
4. Rebooking Policy
Guests may request to rebook their tour up to 24 hours before departure.
Rebooking requests must be made via email to info@belvoyage.dk.
Rebooking is subject to availability.
5. Weather Conditions
In case of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, Bel Voyage reserves the right to reschedule the tour.
Guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
6. Liability
Guests participate in the tour at their own risk.
Bel Voyage is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain.
7. Conduct
Bel Voyage reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if guest behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or poses a risk to others.
